terms & conditions

These terms and conditions shall cover all orders placed with Ricketson LLC, also referred to as the "seller". The customer or client, also referred to herein as the "buyer", agrees to these terms and conditions by virtue of his or her agreement to the placement of a sales order with the seller through any manner or medium (including, without limitation, online sales, email sales, phone orders, or on-site sales). Prices are subject to change without notice. 

orders:

All orders are final. No changes, cancellations, refund requests or returns will be accepted. 

deposits:

Product pricing and inventory availability are subject to change without notice prior to placement of order. Wholesale orders require a fifty percent (50%) non refundable deposit at the time of purchase order and final payment is due two weeks prior to ship date. We accept ACH and wire transfers. Orders placed with deposits are subject to wait times associated with bank clearance. Lead times begin with cleared payment of deposit. Cancelled, returned, or stopped payments/transfers will incur a minimum $150 fee. Any bank charges associated with wire transfers will be billed to the buyer.

lead times:

All lead times and delivery dates are approximate and will be indicated on individual invoice. Lead times begin with the deposit payment and contract execution will be delayed based on delayed materials approvals by the buyer or late arriving C.O.M. The buyer hereby agrees not to hold seller, and their respective officers, director, employees, or agents responsible for delays beyond the seller's control. Order cancellation will not be entertained because of delays beyond the seller's control, including, without limitation, delays caused by manufacturers supply chain or the shipping company. Furthermore, the buyer agrees not to hold the seller responsible for natural disasters, terrorism, pandemics, etc; which may affect the timing for the delivery of the order.

shipping:

All shipping costs will be covered but he buyer, Ricketson's product prices do not reflect shipping costs or handling charges. Buyer will be billed on their invoice. Shipping and handling fees shown at the time of initial invoice are for quotation purposes only; Ricketson retains all rights to update shipping and handling fees two weeks prior to final payment and shipment. Any additional shipping and handling fees will be added to the final invoice. If buyer would like to arrange private shipping, they are welcome to do so, however, ricketson accepts no responsibility whatsoever for items shipped in this manner. 

receipt of goods:

Client or client's agent is responsible for inspecting all delivered items immediately upon receipt for flaws, defects, or damage. ricketson reserves the right to reject claims received after five (5) working days. If item is damaged during shipment/deliver, customer must photograph items and retain all original packaging or they may forfeit their claim.
